missing weapon and godstone

i lost all my godstones and a mastarius spear after a server crash.. i already talked to Bellalicious about this but i didn't know i was supposed to start a thread about the issue... i guess i was wrong to assume that an AM is helping me on this but i heard bella is having problems with her PC... i just hope that this gets resolved asap... if u can let money go to waste, i can't.. :alien:

lol very funny XD i seem to be one of the FEW that's experiencing this... if this was just a drop from a monster then i wouldn't give a rats face but since it's something i paid for with my hard earned money, something has to be done... ASAP! it's been 3 days!

Hi Gamez players! I'm Rye and I own the veltis account and my friend Crooked is helping me get my lost donated items back since I'm not really familiar with how things work around in a private server. He feels bad about me loosing my items since he's the one who introduced me to GamezAion.. first off! I love the game! all these flying ang aerial battle and stuff! thats why I got so addicted to it right away! and because of that I started donating like crazy!

(Oct 24 AM-Oct 25 PM) at first, It feels good to have purchased my own ABG accessory set and spear! but then it feels so incomplete without the armor! so I bought them a few hours later!

(Oct 26 AM) and then my very first Bolvig's Love and wing! I instantly attached the Godstone to my spear not knowing that a bug will eat it! <-first FAIL! (1st LOST ITEM) I ignored it though, I thought the server will give it back when it goes up! so I bought a NEW one and I finally got my Battle spear ready!

(Oct 30 AM) fusion day came! I'm so dam excited in purchasing my mastarius spear then I kept it till I can buy a new Godstone anticipating that the ABG will be destroyed once fused...

(Nov 6 PM) I got my new Bolvig's Love for my Masta-ABG spear! <-Super FAIL (2nd and 3rd LOST ITEMS) makes me wanna cry really...the server crashed! I lost both the kept mastarius and the newly purchased Godstone! but I never gave up! I'm still excited! hopin that the server will give it back once it goes up! again I'm not used to playing private servers...sigh...so! my FINAL-OMEGA FAIL MOMMENT! I bought another mastarius and Godstone! fused it! and BOOM! this time the Masta-ABG fusion remained! but the Bolvig is missing again...then! I decided to give up...

I'd be glad to send GM's my Donation receipts in my e-mail if they have doubts! but pleeeaaasse! don't ignore my case...

total number of lost item:
1 Mastarius spear
3 Bolvig's Love
