Elyos vs Asmodians numbers wise

I want to know which side has more people at the moment so I can get the most hardcore experience for my time in Gamez Aion. I want to be on the side which has the lower amount of people to be able to fight and pvp to my hearts content!

I've heard different things on the forums saying that there used to be more Elyos but now Asmodians have a larger population.

To answer your question it wont matter which side you chose, there will always be plenty of PVP here on Gamez Siel server as it handles about 1500 to 3000 people online, not like other servers out that with a max of 100 players .

As far as I know, theres more elyos than asmos, but both sides seem to find PvP quite well regardless.

 

Sweet, thank you for the fast response guys. From the looks of it, there are more Elyos by a little bit but there are more Asmodians who actively pvp? I'll probably end up going Asmodian just because of the black wings and the red eyes, my GF wanted to go elyos but I can'r resist the cool looking Asmodians! I always wanted to play Aion again and with the dry season in good MMO's this seems like the best choice in terms of what to play. I played Aion back in CB and newly opened OB days and uninstalled it after getting up to around 18 or so. I'm excited to rip it up in the Abyss soon.

I'll probably end up bringing 10-20 active pvpers along with me who have nothing to do at the moment until GW 2, TERA and such. I'm liking Aion this time around it just seems much richer in terms of gfx and how fluid the gameplay is compared to the last time I played it. Oh and Furious, you got an awesome avatar rofl.

been playing for 2 weeks already and noticed asmo owns in reshanta.............
there are even a lot of asmo camping at the elyos spawn site...
trying to fight back w/ my guild and alliance but damn, they are just to many...........

 

Just logged in to prove some of you wrong . OFC this isnt the best time to do this as a lot of players are sleeping.... Now where do you see 10000000000x more on elyos? or even 3 to 1 ratio? . Maybe my calculator is broked?

HAHA ya i noticed that too, elyos was screaming EAST IS CLEAR COME NOW.

Then i logged into my asmo toon to check player count and saw nothing but screaming asmos ZOMG ELYOS PWNING US IN PRIMUM EVERYONE GET HERE NAO.....

kinda funny...

Back on topic tho, it is pretty balance player count wise for elyos and asmos give or take 50-100 players depending on the time you play.

Dont believe these outrageous accusations that one faction is more populated then the other . Anyone can do a head count per side at any given time so long as there is no more then 124 players in 1 given zone (beyond 124 the count will yield 0).

 

Hmmm... conflicting answers from both sides eh, let me rephrase my question. Which side do you think needs more help in PVP on West and East servers. Asmo or Elyos? No point hopping on the band wagon and on the side with an overflow of people as is. Much better to go against the tide and rough it out. That's what pvp is all about in my opinion.

I just played for a couple hours and got to 36 or so, was wondering which side to go on before investing money on the donater items and such once I check out the pvp.

 

Few months ago is was Elyos that had the upper hand, now it seems Asmos has it, but then again come event time mostly elyos win events.

Its really hard to say, sure pure asmo players will say asmos rule, same with elyos players coming commenting the same thing.

Me personally i play BOTH side and notice them both to be equivalent, and ive been playing here for over 5 months, switching back and forth when i need a new change . Either way you will have a challenge in pvp as that is pretty much what everyone does here on this server.

Right now 800+ players online and im sure 500 of them are out beating each others head in, its a non stop battle...
