Issue with getting into my GamezAion

I can't get into my GamezAion account, I can log in but to view anything I can't see it, Log in the site, then to view I need to select the server, but when I do (Siel), it doesn't move on, go to a selection like:My Characters, Add Items, Add Title, then it asks me which server, select Siel, then it just stays on that page to select server.... Can Anyone help me with this?

 

dumb question but...do u have a char created? u need one first be4 u can use that

It works fine for me.
Have you logged into your game account? Can you get online that is?

 

it sounds like he doesnt have a char yet. on the gamez site, u pick a server, then a char and only THEN can u see the items and stuff. without a char u cant move on

 

Thats why im asking has he been able to get online, his account may have no characters

 

well ur question wasnt exactly specific xD yes u can get online even when u have no characters online = past server selection lol

 

I am narrowing down the issue, if he has characters in his actual account and can login then we know its something with the website and we can ignore the fact of wether he has characters or not.

You just like to argue against me

 

yeah but u didnt ask him if he has any chars on selection screen or if he can actually get inside the game world u just said login ^^

yes I have a character, have 4 character, pressed enter and everything

 

If you trust me enough, can you PM me your details and i will take a look myself? after im done you can change your PW is you want.

 

I'm going to try a different browser, maybe the current is blocking it, but did reduce the adblock and other crap...

yup, sorry to bother you guys with the issue, have to figure out what is blocking the next page from selecting the server... which is weird that I can select and change different pages on the site, but not the pages with my characters info...
