a simple double click and it extracts the items.pak into ur
NCSoft\Aion\Data\USA\Items\
or
NCSoft\Aion\Data\Items\
folders depending on the setup u chose, either way it puts them where they belong

supports all operating systems ^^
(its freshly uploaded so megaupload might be a pain saying temporarily unavailable) if u have a better host just tell me. can send u the files over msn too

yeah the biggest problem atm r just the upload sites haha. if that doesnt work ill put it elsewhere, if u know a good location, feel free to suggest it ^^

btw there is no user interface if ur looking for one, so dont worry, its doing what it should
(dont wanna give them a chance to screw up) xD just check the filepath and ull see the new item.pak there
