Problem during log in

    Hi guys.. so i've a problem during i'm loggin in. So when i write ID and pass i press OK, the screen is going to be locked, and I can not see the aion mouse pointer .

    Now I am attaching a photo:

    If its the first time then allow it a few minutes to load in.

    Also, are you on Gamez or Crystal? you may of posted in the wrong section.

    I have the same problem here! When I write my ID and password too and press OK, the screen is going to be locked, and I can not see the Aion mouse pointer.

    And have to press crtl+alt+del to close the game!

    Do you use Battleping or a software like that?
    If so then restart the software and try again.

    If not then the server is down and disconnecting you

    Hum! I don't use that! Telling the true, I don't know what is this! :p But for sure I don't use any software like this here!

    Here in the Crystal laucher says the server is on line! I think we had problems yesterday with Crystal, isn't it?

    Oh, my mistake!

    I went to other server to see my other characters and forgot to reinstal Crystal Laucher, LOL! (Really Noob isn't it!? Haha!)
