Problem installing?

I installed Aion. I think. With the NCSoft Launcher and then i tried to update it like it keeps telling me to but once it gets to 18% it stops and says i already have that file. every single. time. i tried installing the new items pack or w/e too and that's not working either. someone help me please =/ oh i already installed the gamezaion launcher as well

 

check your system for that file, you may have attempted to download aion before but you cancled it and then the files must have remained there

 

Make sure sir that you have updated the lancher nad you have Downloaded the patch 2.0 on Gamezaion Site and the Item pack i can send it to you i have it on my Email just PM me if you need thank you Sir!

 

Thanks. One thing though, um i'm a girl o.o and another, If you could post the link that'd be great? But also, when do i put the patch in my files? After i download and update aion?

Well i have played Aion before xD i uninstalled it. i thought all the files were gone but i guess not.. idk where they'd be though. There was no aion files left in my C drive after i uninstalled it. Right now i'm attempting to re install aion

 

C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion
it should be in that Location mam and be sure that the AIon Folder contains the Appropriate infirmation such as
the BIn32
Config
DAta
and So on

etc,,,
