Item lost after remodelled

yesterday i bought summer sunglasses in website using my 2nd account. and mail it to my main account name Zeckiel. after i remodel it with my ABG hat helm and when i log in today. the remodel dissapear.
i also have history of buying it in my other account

any gm concerns? i see other players have the same problems too.. You can try it if you have credits to your character to test the bug itself.
it cost 750 credits. so pls help us and fix it. and still hoping to get it back the items.

yikes...same with me...the remodeled anuhart glad jacket with sexy swimsuit vanished...unfortunately, i don't have screenshot but have a screenshot that i bought the sexy swimsuit....yet the worst is that the anuhart jacket also disappeared....

 

what happend to this sever?? 2.0 just making problem.. i have planed to buy ABG set this sundy but, if the sever still like this... nevermind... :annoyed:

thanks to GM Kevster.. he gave back my summer sunglasses.. and now..but im worried to remodel again coz it might dissapear again.. is the remodeling in helm fixed or not?
