Anime: Afro Samurai



Plot:
After watching his father die in a duel against an unbeatable villain known only as 'Justice,' young Afro fixes his life on the study of swords and revenge.

The tale of Afro Samurai is one of bloody hardship and pain. Along his solitary path of revenge for his murdered father, he sheds no tears & knows no love.

Forever chased by powerful enemies in a lawless technology-speckled dystopia, he evades bullets and blade to reach his final prey: a man who will not die. But Afro will reach his quarry - even if it means painting a road of blood and brains from here to the bitter inevitable end.


Extra information:
This Anime is fully produced in English with Samuel L. Jackson as one of the main Voice actors. There is no Japanese dubbed version, this was aired in Japan with Japanese subtitles.

This Anime contains a lot of blood and gore, may not be suitable for younger viewers.

Afro Samurai defines awesomeness, try it. I can assure you that you will like it no matter what.
I am not a big fan of Anime, and I loved it regardless.

Comments: "Persona 3 and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni's bastard child" would describe 11 eyes fairly well. What it lacks in originality it makes up for in gore and fanservice ( occasionally at the same time ) and with a soundtrack that is sure to please.


SUMMARY:
After losing his sister five years ago, Satsuki Kakeru led a vacant life, only able to return to his normal days with help from his childhood friend Minase Yuka and other friends at school.
Suddenly one day, the sky turns red and the moon turns black. Everyone besides Kakeru and Yuka disappears and monsters start roaming the streets. All that they were able to do was just to run away and hide. After a while, the world returns to normal. But just when they thought everything was a dream, the Red Night occurs again.
Kakeru and Yuka manage to find four more humans who are involved in this mysterious phenomenon: Kusakabe Misuzu, a red-haired onmyouji swordswoman, Tachibana Kukuri, a strange mute girl who looks like Kakeru's deceased sister, Hirohara Yukiko, a lively young girl who reverts to the personality of a cold killer when her glasses are removed, and Tajima Takahisa, a young pyrokineticist.

can anyone tell me any shows that are love storys but with out all the like action shizzz. i just want a really romatic cute story,
(no robots,cat people,vampires,ninja,and all the other bollocs you see in anime shows)
(also on sex scene's, im not wating to watch it for that reason)
i would profer a show but a film will also do. (only problem is it ends to fast)
maybe a little heart brake and the whole love over coming there problems thing,
any ideas

Jap ppl/directors rarely make pure romance animes with any humour, rather it is just a long long story of how ppl fell in love and the next thing you know... boooom OVA-Hentia-__-
