Problems pls anyone help me

HELLO, EVERYBODY I wanted to vote today,but first I logged to my account(from website) but when I presses My characters in Lumiel server there were not any charactersand there was this phrase:Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'au_server_gs'. I don' understand what is this, my characters are gone.
My characters are:
Lumiel Server, Asmodians:
character names are :Gerondas and Tsolakidis


PLS SOMEBODY HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE MASTARIUS PLATE SET IN MY ACCOUNT , NOLBE OPERATIVES WINGS AND STORM WINGS

The Lumiel server is currently down, this will most probably be the reason why you are getting errors.

Please be patient until it is restarted.

"Lumiel" Server is Down (as Sycth mentioned) and that could be the reason. btw you don't have to choose your character when you vote at all do you? you just write your character's name in the lines and you press the vote button. You only have to choose between your characters when you want to buy an item using your credits.
Are you sure you wrote your character's name correctly? because if not , you'll get this message: Character not found! But anyway , have u got 2 characters with the same name ? one in siel and one in lumiel i mean (i believe it's impossible to create a second character with the same name though , just saying.. ;p) try to vote again when carl/karissa/alente wake up and restart the server idk what to say :S
