Has anyone ever beat Aion?

I played retail until about level 32, then the grinding just pissed me off.

I am curious as to what the story line is after leaving Eltnen. (Elyos side ofc)

If anyone cares to answer. =P

 

Don't plan too, I'll have a easier chance at beating life than beating Aion.

I'd like to know the actual story as well but, I don't want to grind my way to do it. Maybe I might do it here when all the quests are finished.

Edit: Also... you don't "Beat" Aion O-o there are no credits however you can do everything in the game up to a certain point ._.

um if you are talkin about Icaronix you kill him on one the campaign quest called

"Fragment of Memory 3"

Actually, you find out that in your lost past, your accomplishments were so great, that you were nicknamed the 13th Empyrean Lord.

I guess the Elyos campaign is mostly about redeeming the now lost Mirage Legions honor by killing the traitor Icaronix.

While the Asmo story seems to be about a future prophecy involving the player.
