MY RED dye is GONE !!!

    Yesterday i brought Red dye with vote rewards.

    NOW THE DYE has disappeared on my gear and the dye is
    not in my inventory o_O ..

    PLEASE help ... ):

    i think it will help alot for th GM if u can take a pic of ur item log that shows that u actually bought it.
    and they will have some proof.

    ... I remodeled my sword after i brought the dye and I emptied my inventory...
    Now when I log in my Inventory is full with that Crafting items from workorders which i through away
    and the Sword is not remolded anymode... -_- Its like my toon totally reseted..

    I bought white dyes and noticed that they work only on that logon. After u quit the game, color is reseted to normal. I dont know is it supposed to work that way but i tried it 3 times and always had same result.

    Do you know when exactly ?
    and i dont think that the item shop is bugged. because you receive the item without any problem. its just the item thats bugged.. since it goes away after a relog...

    My black dyes disappeared twice. It IS a bug. But since it's only 100 credits, no GM actually cares. I wrote PM to a gm with evidence, but he only mailed me 2 black dyes, and the 2 event set i bought contained 5-5, total 10. So im still pm-ing that gm hoping he'll answer, or my 200 credits will go in vain:(
