More Gm's Please :)

Guys im actually thinking that are so much hackers in this server and more in Lumiel because it dont have a lot of time open like siel you know what im talking about im just saying like arent so much gm's in lumiel the hackers take adventage of that so is just my opinion that we need more gm's in this server^^

i just want to help this server and remove from the server al the hacker ^^ thanks for read......

As the number of GM's is very low in Lumiel there is other ways of reporting them. Take a screenshot or a vid, and post it on the forums.

I think xfire is the best for taking vids of hackers. Refer to this useful guide.

Where there are useful ways to report hackers, there still should be atleast a single GM on at all times. I know very well that not every single GM plays the same time zones. This isnt just for Siel or Lumiel. ive got a character on Lumiel even though i dont play just in case i need to talk to a GM.

 

yeah i know it but sometiimes in the screenshot do not show much of what really happen ^^ and video you just dont know when you going to get with a hacker : (

I'm not saying that there shouldn't be more GM's on. I'm 100% for hiring more GM's.. I feel there isn't enough either.

I'm just stating a few other ways to report them incase it's obvious on a screenshot, or he's running away just a bit too fast (Hit the xfire key).

even there are videos and chats logs and screenshots they dont care about it.. tell me... what are we going to do??????

 

of course ^^ that are good ways too but just in case we need more gm's, so much hacker do that like in core like im elyo they take advantage of core completely and just asmos in there and when some elyo go they use their hack-.- speed,attack and there is not gm s online

I think a Video would be better to take just cause you can actually Identify if the person is hacking or not.

 

It would help if you submitted reports that weren't false alarms.

I checked the video, if the person was speed hacking you never would've ever gotten closer to them.

 

thats why i cannot attack him she is so fast.... she get close then she blink away did you not notice that and see our computer specs... if that is not a good computer specs for playing aion and capturing videos...

 

In response to this particular 'Speed Hacker'.

It was indeed a false report because the player was 'Rubber Banding'

This is when the player is having lag issues and the server is unable to communicate as quickly as it would like to you about the position of the player.

Like Sanctus said, he/she never gained any distance on you, it just appeared as you got close to them, then they returned to their last known position.

That is indeed lag, not a speed hack.

Please try and learn the difference as it could lead to you providing false reports which is against the rules.

As for Adi, i am cracking down on her/him.
