wtf i sold 3 items before the new update and now i collected the money and got -122m in my account

U cant go over 2.5bil or it will take money from ur own stash.
As long as its under 2.5bil you will be fine

yes the item was added to the brooker before this new big update
and i collected it now. and this was what i got

Xsaranghae is correct then, if you go over a certain limit with sales in the broker and you collect it all at once, it will cause you to go into the negative. Got to make sure you don't sell stuff over the broker limit.

if i knew this ofc i would not do it. the only limit that has been announced is th 20m cap or whatever in WH
and yes i press collect all since why would i do 1 at the time when i dont know of the bug
still all i want is my kinah back so i can move on and i will be fine.

Afraid we cannot return kinah that was lost in this matter. There's no way of knowing if you lost it this way or if you just want some free kinah. Unless you have screenshots I don't think it can be helped. Sorry.
