    i tried in primum merchants but it was not there....

    i can find the RECIPE: fine recovery serum in elyos side but none in asmo side...


    im wondering if i craft the serum from the elyos side, will I be able to use it in my asmo char since it is stated in the recipe elyos only?

    Yes you can craft the pot on elyos and use on asmo, but you CANT buy the recipe and use the recipe on asmo.

    Maybe the NPC that sells it is just missing/bugged right now
