i think it's great that alente added extra help for newbies when they start the game.. but i'm seeing highbies abusing this.. buying the greater running scroll from lowbies at a very low price knowing the price of the scroll in the market is, as far as i know, a form of a scam.. don't you think? i'd just suggest to make any lowbie assistance non-tradeable at least to stop these homophobic loosers from taking advantage of new players.. it doesn't look good for the server if u ask me personally.. hope this goes around.. thanks!

 

Making them untradeable isn't really going to happen I don't think, that's like making bandages untradeable.

 

yea i figured they wouldn't be able to make it non-tradeable but it's just a shame how highbies would feed of lowbies this way.. it's a start of a downfall...

Are you serious? Saying that this is a scam. More like if your going to be making such items and selling them, make yourself self aware of the prices and watch the broker and //wc chat for price ranges. You can't call this a scam, it's just people being ignorant and not learning the server they are in. If you want the right price for what your selling, than that's up to you. And seriously what doesn't look good for the server, is new players, not knowing anything about the game and then complaining about it on the forum, after they realize they should have learnt more about the game before playing it at all.

one guy told me he have 5 accounts just to make new char and to take the scrolls 5*8=40 char lol

 

I agree... a NPC shop selling all consumables for CHEAP should be made... the current prices are stupid as hell.

I'd hope for it to happen. Kinah is just so pointless really.. Unless we're allowed to at least buy EAT, then it'd be more valuable. Although, people are greedy and are selling scrolls for terribly high prices.

 

5 scrolls equivalent to 1b.... you're stupid enough to buy that....

 

all he needs to do is add the material merchants/npc's that sell fluxes and aethers like in retail.....then everyone will have the opportunity to craft their own scrolls / items etc... this too will help to drive down the market prices. Its a win - win situation!

 

why dont you craft scrolls so you wont buy them anymore:biggrin:

first of all, there's a reason why new players would be called newbies. they don't have the money to go //wc around. they read forums but u dont get the exact feel of prices unless you've played for a while. you've been around for a while so you don't really care/mind what goes on with newbies. i've played this game for months but i just disagree on abusing something that's supposed to help out new players.

 

this is a good idea, in fact it is available in retail. before the major patch, the npc still used to sell fluxes but not aethers. AFTER the major patch, he sells templar skill books but he is a material vendor outy:
