    Can out run those *****es and just kite them, but not a Ranger (but they can outrun you), that's why I say its annoying.

    99.9% of the enemy rangers I come across are just free AP for me in a one on one fight

    The ranger should destroy that gladiator. But few just kite.

    Glads can resist sleep arrow gotcha girl , rangers can shackle arrow but they have heal wings so you need to be a smart ass to figure how to run away from a gladiator

    I was thinking of doing a ranger, but getting all those gears for that class, just puts me off, took me long enough to get the items for my cleric. Cleric is doing great so far, I've won all the 1 on 1s I had (except against Reso) but the group fights aren't my thing, I have to become a support healer then. My fighting style don't suit group battles.

    some try that but if I get Lockdown on a ranger, then its all over right there,

    Thats good. But sometimes if i get 1on1 with gladiator, first i use focused evation. And stun them. :biggrin:

    "IF" ^^ but not really, there are good rangers out there who can kite a glad pretty easily .

    Right now I just find Sorcs and SM's (this class are the serious issue) a bother. They break through my MR with their buffs. Got to research their classes for a possible exploit to my style.

    sometimes I dont even need to get the lockdown, I can kill them outright with a cleave

    usually I try and see if they have focused evasion on and if they dont I go Ankle Snare > Whirling Strike > Lockdown > Tendon Slice GG

    If they do have focused evasion, then I spam my cleave and whirling strike skills until they proc and my whirling strike gets me to them, then I go lockdown in aerial combat, or aerial lockdown in ground combat

    nah rangers wont stand a chance against glads now that ud is working...baaah i could 3 hit any ranger as long as i crit :x... once E.wave/force cleave/anklesnare/tendon slice kicks in ,rangers are good as dead...
