I. General Forum Rules

6. Pornographic material
7. Content that is considered illegal by law

• Neither spamming or trolling is acceptable on the forums. This includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:

1. Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish
2. Creating threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the forums or to raise post count
3. Causing disturbances in forum threads, such as picking fights, making off topic posts that ruin the thread, insulting other posters
4. Making non-constructive posts
5. Abusing the Report Post feature by sending false alarms or nonsensical messages
6. Numbering a thread, IBTL, TLDR, or any other fad statements
7. Thread-necro: Reviving an old thread for no reason other than bumping it to the first page
8. Posting "Meme" type images (e.g., lolcats, u mad, troll face, cool story bro, etc) in an attempt to flame other user(s), or cause unrest. A staff member will decide whether or not a posted image is in violation of this rule at their own discretion.

• All Flaming related threads will get to the trash can and the users will be warned on multiple attempts to create such threads.

• The title of thread must be relative to the topic of the thread. Threads with titles such as "HELP PLEASE" "admin read" etc. will be physically removed from this board and the user will be warned or even banned after many warnings.

• Please note that the Hot Spam section ignores some forum rules on a situational basis but if moderators feel that any topics or posts are over the top at any point, they reserve the right to take action as rules are still applicable over the entirety of the forums.

• GamezNetwork hosts several different game servers and may at any point expand. Ensure that your posts/threads are related to the section of the forums that you are posting in.

1. Aion related posts are only allowed in either the GamezAion or CrystalAion sections depending on which is more related to subject.
2. MU Online related posts are only allowed in the GamezMU section.
3. This applies to any and all future expansions to the GamezNetwork.

• Off-topic posts are allowed in the community section of the forums.

• Impersonating staff members in any way is forbidden. Anyone that attempts to make a name similar to a staff member and impersonate their personality for the purpose of humiliating or otherwise degrading the staff member being impersonated will be immediately suspended from the forums permanently. This also includes mocking staff members with rude posts.

• Non-English languages are allowed only in the Localized and Legion Recruitment Forums

• Try your hardest at all times to exercise common forum etiquette as follows:

1. Do not create duplicate threads in the same or multiple sections to attract more attention.
2. Do not bump threads (trade threads may be bumped once every 24 hours)
3. Use the search function before creating a new thread
4. Choose a suitable and clear subject line for your thread, no one-word subjects
5. Limit the usage of CAPS (capital letters) and color
6. Do not use ASCII code symbols or Unicode symbols
7. Contribute in a constructive way
8. Do not quote entire posts, only quote parts you wish to elaborate on. The quote button is not a reply button. (If you do feel the need to quote an entire post, put the quote inside the

II. Moderation rules
​

• Actions taken against a member of the community are not to be discussed in public on the forums. Opinions about specific moderators or moderator actions (locking, deleting threads, etc) are also not to be discussed in posts or threads. You may, however, direct complaints to the moderator in question via PM. This includes, but is not limited to publicly posting the contents of any PMs from a staff member to you either in part, or in whole.

1. If you have questions, remarks, suggestions or complaints about moderating in general or specific moderators, please contact one of our forum admins through a private message. Remember to keep your questions, comments or concerns polite, and to the point. You are more likely to receive a more positive reception to your ideas that way.

• Posting on another account or having someone else post on your behalf when your IP address has been suspended or banned is not allowed. As a result, a new suspension or ban will be issued. Also, involving anyone else in posting on your behalf may lead to them being banned as well for involvement.

III. Avatar/Signature Rules

• Restricted file types in signature/avatar: None. You can have it animated if you must, but be sure that it meets the other rules
• Avatars and signatures are subject to the same rules as posts and threads. They should not shock, offend or in any other way break our rules. The ultimate decision on whether or not an avatar is offensive belongs to the staff. If the image is deemed to be offensive or in violation of the rules, it must be changed immediately.
• Maximum amount of images, quotes and text in your signature: As much as you can fit within the other rules.
• Maximum signature width: 500px total. If you have a 250px image and a 300px image side by side, that would be violating this rule.
• Maximum signature height: 200px total. If you have a 125px image and a 100px image one below the other, that would be violating this rule. Transparent signatures may bypass the 200 pixel height limitation to an extent. Any signature that a moderator feels is over the limit may be subject to removal at any given time.
• For clarification, the maximum signature size is 500x200 pixels (weight x height) at the exception of transparent signatures that only moderately go over the height limitation.
• Your signature should not contain any link to a website that is not part of Gamez !
• Your signature should also not contain any content that is inappropriate, rude, offensive, etc. to other members including staff.
• Avatars and signatures are subject to the same rules as posts and threads. They should not shock, offend or in any other way break our rules.

Carl, Alente and Karissa are the highest up there is when it comes to the forums.

I am sure they aren't not responding on purpose, but maybe they just haven't had a chance to read your PM yet. I am sure the Admin's PM boxes get spammed quite often per day with various messages. It might be easy to miss your question, try sending it again if you haven't received a reply after an amounted time. Say that you sent a message before and didn't receive a reply and resent it to make sure it wasn't missed.

 

well i know for a fact that all Admins reply to messages if they are relevant. If they don't reply means they have either asked one of us to fix it up, or they have fixed it up Themselves.
