Gamez Staff relationship with Clients

They need to listen us ..Help us ..answer us .. so from my opinion some of them IGNORE ..

 

one of the GM's didn't understand what i was saying, i told another GM.. got a reply: yes i understand, regardless what was said about the other gm.

if there's lesser than 1.... that's the only staff here that I used to like... the others are just terrible... :whistling:

 

To be completely honest m8 Alente does some core work sure and some custom stuff on the server but if u want to know who really does all the bug fixing and core developement here it is.

All the people that host the servers do is make bug reports just like we do to the server owners and the team at aion-engine do the rest if u want to see clearly compare Alente's patch notes with the public revisions yourself.

Well install patches from AE or AL its not that witchy! although requires some time to understand. Aparently they got to many time in their hands.

 

Everyones expectations on this "private server" is way too high........

 

theres me thinking.. one person really done this work on their own.. doubtful its takes a team to amend problems.

Support is support. Whether it be on a private server or at&t, support is expected to feed the needs of the public they serve and satisfy as many as possible. Staff isn't supposed to be easy, it's a job. So whether or not it's a private server is irrelevant sir. This is something that some of the staff doesn't understand. Yes, there are wonderful GM's and AM's out there that work hard, but others do not. Yes there are some mature GM's and AM's out there, but some make wrong decisions a lot and are pretty immature on the decision-making.

 

I don't even see any GM online when i get on @_@ and how many GM Gamez have? Hire some GM that have their own computer LAWL.

 

Consider that NOT ALL OF THEM are whispering the GM's.

 

Obviously you have never pmed me ingame, When I log in, (which hasnt been for a few days due to personal issues) i respond to every pm i get within 1 min.

 

may i also add that those who give up their hard earned money (majority) donate to Gamez, wants to see it grow into something bigger and more successful. some of us feel as if it's going down hill.
