    Why? Uh, well it's not so hard to understand... She is the one who manages the Staff roster, hires and fires GMs..

    I have seen many players who got the acknowledge of the game, they got everything it takes to become a successful GM and yet they are not...



    The problem in Gamez is:

    - that in order to become a GM u have to kiss asses so the members of Staff will push u through to get the promotion or be really good like Sycth

    - GMs are not resigning even when they know they sux... They would rather QQ about advices than give their position to someone else, bettr than them...

    Wat we need is better organization and supervision over GMs

    Who ass did i kiss?

    I got hired first as a mod, (which is how i think it should go) then i got really active on the forums, and didnt become a gm till i had proved that the power wouldnt corrupt me, am i friends with the gms, sure u can say that, did i kiss their ass to get gm, nope.

    haha i just have to quote this...

    I recall many many times sitting on hold for HOURS with AT&T and even some times they disconnect me after being on hold for hours ^^.

    You do have to understand GMs here work for free, AT&T and other corporate companies pay their support teams to ignore your concerns and or put you on hold for hours/days :D.
