Gamez Staff relationship with Clients

even at this time i've got some gm pestering me about a square forum sig that needs to be a rectangle.. its square for a reason... 305 x 305.. taking up less space than 200x500

they need new staff.

yeah, i hope they remove Angal,Zodake (Epic Cheater),Trustfire (epic noob, doesnt login much just on forum to keep his postion Lol),Koishii (i dunno if its just same or w/e but i dont see him online)
and keep Kevster,Tyman,Elyoplay-Asmoplay,Bella (Though i hate her sometimes XDD)

only ones worth keeping at this point, and even since i got here

sycth, sanctus, and even poor old alente because regardless if he gives us peons the time of day, he's still running this server the best he can and always trying to improve it, even if its not what the masses want.

pick better gm's that are worth a damn instead of picking friends who have no idea what their doing other then abusing their admin to make REALLY COOL DANCE VIDEOS AND STROKE EACH OTHERS EGO'S ALL DAY.

I don't think you should mention names.. For most of them could just be your biased opinions. Also, tell me this, why Oplay? He hasn't been on for weeks/months.
I'm honestly fine with everyone we have.. Except for two who I believe should improve a little.

The people who make gamez's staff are not all capable of holding their rank and managing it the best way possible. There are some gms or mods that I really appreciate and have helped me through a lot of stuff, but others are just bored.

none of these gm's really do ANYTHING.

its like, we the people pay for this server by donating, and the half assed gm's get to have all the fun doing whatever the heck they want OTHER then helping us. it was only a matter of time before the masses opened up the black hole and demanded an explanation.

 

That's the problem right there. GMs can't help you with everything, they can do very little to help you. Such as banning hackers/glitchers/etc. Although, people are now whining and expecting them to do an Admins job - fixing lag and stuff they're unable to do.

 

Why Oplay?i know he isnt active right now, but when he was active he was a kick-ass am. better even then Trustfire <~ doesnt even login, only at his non-AM char and on forum to keep his postion.

Angal? she doesn't do anything at all, she ban a hacker once a month XD.

 

I'm sorry to say, but I don't think Oplay deserves GM. But I suppose.. He hasn't really been all that great, for we know about all that illu drama he was in. Such as banning people when he raided, which caused that whole "On the wall" thread drama.
Also, he made that thread about Edi and when it was closed, he seemd to.. Well, he seemed to vanish.

you couldnt be more wrong
gm's are supposed to run the server. aka sign on daily and take it seriously as if it were a real job. because in the end, anything people spend money on, they have a right to expect perfection, or as close to it as they can get. some gm's on here expect you to do everything for them, and all they want to do is push buttons and play dress up with their characters.

so not only do they not do much at all, but they also reap the most rewards. i think this thread is great wake up call for the community that is almost shot to hell

but i highly doubt its going to change anything as we've had vigilantes before, and they usually end up leaving.

eventually this current group we have now that sees through this spoiled ass gm's list we have going on right now and they will move on, and a new string of retards will come through and the cycle will repeat.

AT THE END OF THE DAY ITS A PRIVATE SERVER
and while most of the other ones would do whatever it took to have this popularity and cash flow, it is what it is and either we can move on or stay

but nothing will ever change on here

on a side note: it seems like once a gm gets more powers and abilities, they go mia so while i'd like to vouch for the active gm's who are actually helpful, they dont have much power or pull, and tend to get ignored when they go to the higher ups.... i feel like its a vicious cycle and if they were to get the powers, they would just end up leaving or playing dress up all day too.

 

actuly yeah but i see only at "Gamez Aion" much QQing about GM's.

Why? because they hear the kids as GM's. Lol. Like Angal-15 years old. QQ.
