Community Concerns Being Addressed

Regarding favortism, facts speak for themselves:

All acitve GMs play on Elyos.
All active GM & mods also concentrated in one or two Elyos Legions.

There may not be anything wrong with that per se, but the power struggle plays out in interesting dynamics that coincidentally resulted in "favortism"? Yeah yeah, it's all but a bunch conspiracy theories that have grounds in no logic and evidence?

Comon now don't try to be funny. Intent is one thing to start with, but the actual results deviated from that. U think by pointing out your intent will justify the actual unbalance and favortisms in the end? Perhaps your own intent became distorted along the way.

If it's just one person being unhappy about this, it might be a nonsensical conspiracy; but you have an entire community raging over it. Perhaps it's time you take practical measures instead of arguing how kind and nice your original intentions are.

People won't judge you base on your intentions because they're not tangible. You'll be judged on the actual things you've done and the impact of your actions.

Wow Ted, don't even go there.

First of all, I am not taking anyone's side, AT ALL, in this topic. All I pointed out was that I remember telling you in game that Alente was not a dev, ever. All he did was simple tweaks and fixes but you didn't believe me.

Then I just happen to quote Alente with him specifically saying that he doesn't dev. What's the matter in that?

Now, if that is sucking up to you then Diclonus must be kissing ass all the way.

Bullshit.
We all know elyos come first since 95% of AMs and other staff members play it.
Here's a few things ;
- Elyos can abuse fortress to get medals => EAT and no action is being taken against abusers.
- Elyos can do more important quests than asmos.
- Elyos have more and/or powerful guardians at main villages.
- Elyos can take gelk fortress from above(flying then gliding in aether zone , now tell me if asmos have that).
I can come with more arguments but I don't feel like.

Just visit an elyos fortress and you'll see tons of abusers.

 

I don't play any of my normal characters due to this, and most of my normal characters( on siel) are Asmo. I have elyos chars too but as I said I don't get on and play them.

 

More and more GM's have been pvping these days.

Which side? Elyos.

With who? New friends they've made.

What happens with these new friends? They become close and might eventually recommend them to be a new staff member.

Argue all you want, these are the facts.

And as for my Legit char, i play Sycth on the Elyos side but i also have a Asmo Ranger on Lumiel but with the recent bugs i am unable to trade my gear back and forth

But i disagree that ALL active GMs are Elyos.

 

I couldn't of said it better myself - The corruption is beyond obvious on Gamez, even new people are like... uhm... really.. wtf?

 

Well on Lumiel it is the Asmo who are abusing the Fort Bug, not the Elyos.

Now isn't that more to the game designer's fault, if you want to blame someone for that? So how would you like the GMs to do? Flat down the cliff? Duh...

any gm who speaks out is probably scared of the consequences but fear not
this community will have you back 100% and it'd be nice if one of the big guys actually spoke what they felt, rather then what they think they're supposed to feel.

Asmos can easily fly and glide to the elyos fortress as well. Although elyos had guards for a certain amount of time, as the asmos didn't.

Perfect time for Alente and a bunch of staff/ex-staff/soon-to-be staff players to charge in and destroy every asmo in sight.

Oh yeah. With insignia's that were only available during that time period. Not to mention inquin candies that werent even out the public yet.

Yep.. Elyos aren't favored whatsoever, now are they?

 

This staff needs a total reconstruction.
HGMs ain't doing shit unless you spam their inbox and after 1 week you get you lost item back because of their bugs.
Newest AMs are doing a close-to-decent job since they are new but after 1 month of routine , shit will happen.(Kevster is the only noticeable exception and Ballacious since he/she's moderating the issues pretty good)
There are two people who can restart the server and they're offline most of the days.
The uptime is somewhat between 25-35%.
Anyways , let's make it simple :
All you care about is donations.

How come when site crashed , Carl dares to show up since it's blocking the donation page and when server crashes no1 gives a damn?

 

The sad thing is, since all of the GM's/AM's are friends and hang out together (mainly on the elyos side)

Their superior's wont demote them. The sad truth of Gamez-Aion. Get used to it.

 

i have reported a couple of matters and asked for assistance from other higher up GM and got no reply.. are we giving our money to the wrong cause?
