About donating

I'd just like to ask this the GM who's in charge of donations.I've charged like 20 dollars to my phone,cause I wanted to use daopay payment to donate.I've ticked my country and it gave me a number to call (I am from bosnia and herzegovina).But apparently the number doesn't even exist.My guess is that they don't support my country in their payment system.(Which made me pissed off lol).Is there any other way of donating through sms/call ? Thanks.

 

I think this server supports sms/call donations through Daopay only...

 

Mehh...that sucks,wasted 20 dollars on basicaly nothing then lol.

Well yeah basicaly gives me the beeping noise as if it was busy,but it says that the number is not in use.

 

Are you sure you have entered the + in front of the number or replaced it with 00?

Dimitra had the same problem (or a problem similiar to yours) which got solved , so you don't have to worry.
I heard there is a button at the donation page , a special button made to help whoever has/had problem(s) with his donation(s)
I didn't check the page yet so i don't know what/where that button is sorry.

Hmm. I'm just saying, because that happened to me too and I realised I didn't add the 00 in the first place. They did charge you?

Well I've tried using the croatian SMS number considering I am using a croatian mobile network. Didn't get charged,tried calling ,didnt get charged cause the number is not existant basicaly.I am looking forward to what the previous guy just said,I hope this will get solved.Thanks everyone for your support.

 

Oh my problem was actually that I did send the messages needed, but I did not click on finish purchase. I think he wasn't even able to make tha call.

Why not using the sms function? Much more easy.

 

As I stated,they don't have the SMS option for my country,but they do for croatia,it's a neighbour country.I have a Croatian network that I am using,I tried texting to the number but I didn't get charged,only sent the sms with the normal cost that it usualy does cost of a normal sms message,Doesn't show on the progress bar that they've recieved the message
