I can't play

Hy can you help me please ? i have a problem...I open the game , I write my account , he said i'm log on ,I write account again but nothing happened the background remains the same, he's n t frozen... can you help me , what i must to do .

 

Did you updated to 2.1.0.1 version?

The last update you can go to is 2.0.0.5 as any further updates will cause you issues such as not being able to get to your character selection, and if you do seem to select your character you may get missing item etc etc.

 

The problem was solved 5 minutes ago.
