need gm's in different time zones?

guys we are online about 4-5 hours,i dont see any gm and the reports go wasted for now

i think that we need gm's in different times zones and not the most of the in the same time zone

thinks gone wild in the server but noone can do nothink now

what do you think?

well because all are help for free here i think that 2 gm's in the same time and talk between them about online times will help a lot dude,it isnt the report section but all gm's wait in the forum for the proof...i dont see any many days ingame to watch activities

even if we whisper someone to take a look he doesnt do it

 

I have to agree that GMs from different timezones would be the best solution unless someone is working the graveyard shift lol... XD

i dont want to create blamewar or somethink bad about the team,i dont have prob with their actions but all we understand that they want to help but if their schedule dont have time for the game they should respect the players and leave the position for someone else who has specific times free time and is online

we got so many gm's but 2-3 are online

we also understand if someone got somethink to do and not login but specific days and times all the team is missing

Agreed... On the other hand only down side with having gms from other timezones are that it would be harder to teach them...

 

it will be much better if their action take time the right moment and not with delay dude

today me,my friends and a lot of people from both race complain about several thinks,noone was ingame not even in forum

it doesnt make any sence if in the half day you see 5-6 gm's online and the rest that you are on you dont see anyone for hours

if they choose a team with a history about server managment(ingame not technical)it isnt hard to teach em

and we have see in here a lot of people that they have been gm's in other games-server etc

 

We have GMs in different time zones... Although we do need more in the time zone Bryne is in as she usually is on during the time I am sleeping.

I won't be able to get in the game til tuesday as my power supply is going to be delivered then.

i saw in forums online angal,kevster and a few other gms fro 2-3 minutes,go now to report section and take a look if anyone look the reports

Yeah, I understand. I usually try and take care of the missing item reports cause if I was to ponder on the reports that require me to get in game and since im kinda stuck right now, Its useless. But totally understand what you are saying.

 

like all in here we dont want to undestand as but respect as as players,if you are gm onyl to say to your friend that you have gm then you dont help the server

for some in here i whisper em in game for hackers cause i dont have the super pc to rec em and all say about my lag videos,i dont care what they say,but when i whisper a staff member,he answer and when i tell him the problem he dont even tell me to post it what i should do?

i got speedhackers,i /w gm,he answer and nothink else,ingame activity is MUST

we lost our fun cause of the spawn killing,who was online even to forums to help as?

Different GMs have different ways of responding to PMs. As much as I agree that they should respond as quick as possible but that is not the case. When you send them a report, I agree they should say one sec, looking into it or say there busy but jotted the name down to look into it in a few .... But being as not everyone thinks or respond like I do. I can't really do much in that aspect.

So I will see what we can do as for GM responses on the forum for when you all report hackers/speedhackers/ etc.

to ignore one online report without even answer or dont see punishment it send me wrong picture about your team,i will name that "friends" of the specific gms



trasnfer to the main team our talk

tell em to use people with different times zones,online activities and avoid the kids that they got a gm to tell it to their friends or people that they dont know nothink about the game

tell em also that they have find a crew to your team that they should be at least 2 people always online and not 5 gm now online and in a few hour noone

Stop referring to the team as "my" team, just because Im part of the staff doesn't mean i have or know every explanation for why they's acted like that.

As i said before, I can voice this concern to the rest of the staff, but doesn't mean they will listen or even apply it. So I'll see what I can do. No promises things will happen.

 

want it or not you belong to the game master team that we talk about,it isnt racist think,i said the truth to avoid compare anythink else with gamezaion team

if we was talk about ingame activity like gms we should talk a lot different than now so for that plz no hard feelings
