omg i dont know, why are u claming about this.. that npcs exist in retail too, and dont know how its totally UNFAIR? .. ah? that npc exist in elyos and asmos.. sanctum and pandemonium.. they sold a LIMITED number of mats.. and then they gone.. they spawn each some time, in the day... so why r u claming..? they need to fix the npc who sell this too in sanctum.

yes im well aware of this. if you read the post you will see that while this guy was spawned as an accident people were still able to buy unlimited amounts of aether. making it unfair for the people who did not make it to the npc BEFORE they deleted him
