Chaos and imbalances, (personal views)

To start with, I Would like to make this clear.
I do not want to argue, troll, or flame anyone or anything.
These are simply my views of several main issues with the server.
Now onto my the point.


#1: There is a major imbalance in the asmodian - elyos ratio.
Possible causes?:
#1: Asmodians are cool, lets face it, the goth motique, the forsaken people style story line, the bad ass claws! This would make the ratio slightly to them in the first place, and would not be so bad normally but it is enhanced by the following reason.

#2: No shield around the main fortress in abyss, this causes the slight imbalance to grow, as players begin to think, "If you can beat them join them" this makes the imbalance worse, and by doing so snowballs into chaos.
Causing the current ratio. large numbers of fully geared, buffed, potion filled murder machines, hunting those who have only recently joined the server.

#3: The fact that there are so many asmodians means they camp every place they know elyos will go to get the gear the need to fight back. Without the access to these much needed goods, people get annoyed and resort to the above. (#2: The snowball effect)

Possible fixes?
#1: Fortress shields, this will make farming people a lot harder as you can't just kill them as they spawn.
#2: Make PVP gear far easier to obtain, this will allow new accounts to gear up and have a fighting chance when asmodians come a knocking. The fact that there are so many asmodians means they camp every place they know elyos will go to get the gear the need to fight back.
This will make PVP more of a challenge and increase fun all around. Unless all you want to do is chase and kill helpless foes with no chance.

#2: Economic issues! Low use of the broker.
Possible causes?:
#1: Lets face it, with kinah so easy to obtain, why sell anything? The fact is the only way to make it worth the time it takes to gather the materials needed for any worth while gear, is to charge a massive sum of kinah.
This is doe to the following reason.

#2: Crafting anything of worth requires a massive effort, while everything else in on the server is far easier then on retail, Kinah, EXP, Drop rates, etc. The crafting system, and required materials remains the same, a huge effort for one simple item that only has a chance of coming out good.
Possible fixes:
#1: Reduce the amount of materials needed for all higher level gear.
#2: Increase the amount of materials gained from collection, as well as the chance for green blue materials.
#3: Increase the chance of the item coming out green, blue and gold to 100%
#4: All of the above.

#3: Joining "Token giving legions" in 2.0.
Suggestions?:
#1: Simple, focus on implementing it. I can't really say anything else about it until it is.

the ratio earlier was 76% Elyos then 24% Asmodians... :annoyed:

 

Lmao that ratio shows the influence in the abyss who have more fortresses not that on the server there are 76% elyos and 24% asmo.

 

make pvp gear easier to obtain... if i remember correctly.. i ran around in anuhart for about 2 months...
heck... i did poeta for about 2 weeks straight nonstop to get geared x_x...

 

i miss that time...
well i never had this problem cause the 2 times i need to make my set i was(with oplay and rucbeth) the only asssin in the server.. so every one used to have many extra assassins parts xD

they deleted the f***ing npc that was selling the materials.......

if they don't put it back the people will leave!!! around 20 ppl that i know left already from sh*t like this npc thing >.<

I'm not gonna wait for long , if they don't put the npc back i'm leaving too...
some ppl bought items for 1000 characters to craft 1000k scrolls and we bought nothing...
and not only bought nothing , we sold the materials we had too because we thought now people would have infinite of them and noone would buy them.......

This server has the Most Retarded Staff I've ever seen seriously.

They Help Hackers... (they are always offline and when we report hackers they never ban/jail them)

They Disable trades.... (but of course the hackers got full abg now , and we got anuhart)

They Ban and Jail us for abusing things they don't have enough knowledge to fix.. (even if we abuse it without knowing it's a kind of abusement)

They F**K The server's economy with things like this npc... (to whoever doesn't know , there was an npc who was selling all kinds of manastones and materials to craft with , the economy got f**ked up , but now the npc got deleted and half of the players bought items.. half did not)

They Ignore us always.... (not always , but they "ignore" everything that will get them to work , and they find an excuse later)

They Play only as Elyos... (I Don't see any GM Using his normal char who is an asmodian , they are all elyos)

They don't give a sh*t if people leave (I could find some posts of mods saying "i don't care if people leave" too lazy to search atm)

And the list goes on...

 

Yeah no doubts about that.And you guys mean that you miss the time when u dupe golden medals like hell to get pvp gears?

 

Whoever duped items is SMART , i did not dupe any and i see now how stupid i was about that........i had the chance to do it but i wanted to be fair and legal , now i have no items and everyone is rich

most of the dupers got banned by alente already....
