can't connect

ive been trying to connect to the Siel server, but when i log in, it says recommended server, which is siel, i click ok, and the game gets stuck, i cant do anything, tried to restart, cancel the recommended server and reselected the Siel server, tried the same with the other server, but the connect button just turns gray and nothing happends, what am i doing wrong!?

more likely ur game needs to be updated

 

hmm, when i open the ncsoft launcher to look for updates, it says ready to play?

ok, checked for updates via the ncsoft launcher, no updates found.

soo, i think i found my problem...
what part of the game do i need to download, tower of eternity or assault on balaurea???
