    its been aid 100 times. i guess they are working on it and 100 other bug thy broke today/yesterday in the "update"

    i have a SM with full MA +14 with book and all and i get resisted 100% on ppl with anuhart and abg with no MR slotted or anything

    so its broken. we just need to wait and loose ap

    This is a known issue, also relying on fear I have to say is one of the reasons I as an SM myself hate SMs... Currently the MR Fix has bugged any kind of Fear SMs got, so even if you have minuscule mr you can still resist Fear...
