    1st abuse: 24hours banned
    2nd abuse: 1 week banned
    3rd and last abuse: permanent banned


    in this way, abuser will dont fly anymore in ground PvP area.

    Well the second step: instead of one week, maybe: 100 weeks.

    Absolutely not the same for asmos....there are much much much less cases...:annoyed:

    the second step can be wipe of items ^^.... People will stop cheating when they loose their favourite possessions (like abg, mast etc...)
