My friend's account just was hacked and he lost his anuhart assassin set +15.

Can you watch on his trade/mail history to see who took them?

Man she didn't gave the password to any1.It's a piece of cake for some1 to try to make a new account then they see that is already taken and they try some passwords and break it.She didn't gave her infos.

Think about it..
It could be a person who gave his items to someone , then said they got stolen to get new ones. Got it? The GMs cannot help you with such problems... Of course I'm not saying that's what your friend did.. i believe you're speaking the truth but there is no way to prove that..
Your friend must've had an easy-to-find password... something simple like "anitza01" / "anitza" / etc...

Well Asphel/Fynie thank you for your laziness.Can't you really look on the trade history for 5 seconds and see where those items are right now.Are you keeping that colored name and his function just to keep you warm and have a nice yellow name on the forums.

 

ciufpuf come down, the only persons that have power to see this kind of history is Carl and alente.
Normal am's/S am and also head gms don't have any power to see it.

 

They could say so not that they can't help.I want only a history of the traded items.Because it's very easy to hack an account you know.You try to make a new account u see that it's not available than u start to type random passwords and if u are lucky it's done.

I'd also like to add that for someone to 'HACK' ones account they need the account information. I'm afraid it's not as easy as you make it seem people can't just find a character ingame and say.. 'I want that account I think I'll hack it!'. You need the account name to even start to try to figure out passwords. Only way to obtain that is if it was given out or if they downloaded a keylogger from the person responsible. Which would be the account holders responiblity.

As Fynie and Asphel said, there isn't anything we can do about it. As Zodake also said, only those with Admin accounts can view those kinds of things as mail and trade history, so don't blame us for something we can't do.

We will wait and see what an Admin has to say about this, until then all you and your friend can do is wait.

Well only a person with access to the characters database can see the trade history of a character unfortunately.

Carl And Karissa are Inactive so try asking Alente who is an Administrator , he can probably access the database and he'll probably be able to help you out with your friend's problem.

I know that he won't though ._. Gamezaion staff.. (don't misunderstand me about this!! it's just for some people..)

 

How do you know the account is hacked? In the last few months i lost stuff too, but i blame it on a buggy system...

Tell your friend to try and use more complicated passwords and to change it every now and then. Other than that theres not much you can do except wait to hear from an admin
