true black dye problem

hi all, i purchase for two times "true black dye" in the item shop for my character kharnn. I use it in my armor dye sucesfully, but when i relogin later my characte lose the black colour of his armor, and lose black dye item of my inventory too.
I lose 200 credit for this problem xD, can anyone help me?

You might have to wait for a GM to test this, do you have any screen shots of the items in your inventory, or perhaps a before and after screen shot of your character. It might be wise to get into the habit of taking SS before and after we get items from the reward shop.

 

You need a SS of your purchase history in the item shop. You should also SS before and after remodeling, big trades, and armsfusion. Also if you suspect the server is crashing then just stop where you are

 

I have no screen shot but I can buy the dye again and show it to gm

 

He said to make a screenshot with your Webshop Purchase History.
