Aegis' Ultimate Spiritmaster Guide!

Tnx for the guide, it was fun to read it and very helpful. Some things are still blurry since I have just played this game/class for a week.

 

Started a SM a few days back and couldnt find a decent guide anywhere. The class looks so complicated to use, especially for a pothead xD

This is a great guide mate and i shall read it over and over to get my SM decent.

Abit gutted on the bugged skills but never mind, im sure they are trying there hardest to fix it

Wanted to shoot a thanks for the guide, since I'm playing an SM now. I've made use of some tips here.

 

SPirit sub fixed yet? and spirit servants working now?

 

Spirit sub is "working" but it is bugged and makes you immortal for 2 minutes pretty much... it was working before the most recent update perfectly though.

Spirit Servants are in the process of being worked on by Alente, he has stated many times in his update-notes that he has been tinkering with Summon Fire Energy (all of them) and has at least version I working, the others don't have stats as of yet.


So the servants may be on their way soon.


Though I'll admit without summoning alacrity working, or Summon Energy Of Cyclone (stigma skill), servants are overall not that useful...

For sure ! No prob mate.

 

step 1 kill your spirit
step 2 use that stupid spirit shield
step 3 kill everything you can for the next 2 mins
step 4 dont get reported for having godmode

 

How many hours did u spend writing that guide?

 

Step 1: No use for step 2-4 since no spirit
Step 2: Spirit sub is disabled on Gamez(Siel) there for step 3-4 are invalid.

 

it was pretty enabled a couple of days ago..

o_____________o spirit sub is working but its not working right... though spiritmasters when using spirit sub normally anyhow are pretty much immoral, immortal, bastards.

 

If so I wonder how the hell it works since I'm personally unable to use it n have been for a at least a week now... <.< Oh, well bother...

 

I haven't even logged on for a week so I cannot confirm / deny this o_o

is getting full abg cloth set worth it? or just use ..?

In my opinion the armor part (and helmet) are the most importaint parts of a spiritmasters gear.

This is because they add + pvp defence to you're character, which is very importaint as the spiritmasters main role is to survive and unleash a barrage of status aliments against the opposition.


Far as accessories go, I personally would suggest you grab some ABG accessories. The extra damage can never hurt to have! But realise that you're gear has zero (0) impact on a pets damage at all.


So if you have to choose between ABG gears heres the order I would go in:

#1: Make sure you have ABG tome, magic accuracy from it is awesome and it is what your entire spiritmaster will be based upon.

#2: Armor pieces, Make sure to get all armor pieces that you can! These add integral +PvP damage migation. While this may not seem much being only 5%, 3%, etc... they add up and make a significant difference in you're ability to survive and ultiamtely fulfill your role in the party .

#3: Finally make sure you get the helmet piece, this adds on more PvP damage migation along with the armor.

#4: Get PvP accessories. They're great for boosting you're stats like magic accuracy and resist (though I don't suggest Magic Resistance build for SM as I said in the guide too I think... need to double check now lol! I feel that M.R. is useless either way!) and help damage output.


Remember as a spiritmaster you're main goal is to:

1: Firstly get magic accuracy, no matter how fast you live or die... or even live the entire duration of the battle. If you're skills do not hit the target then you are pretty useless !

2: Survival, there is no point in being a spiritmaster if you die and are torn apart like paper! Even if you're magic accuracy is high enough to hit, you're going to want to be able to throw out as much status aliments as possible before you are taken down!

3: Damage, in the odd case you are thrown into a circumstance that presents you the requirement to deal damage... then try and get more damage so you can deal with it effectively
