    Get ABG tome. In my opinion.


    Or get an alarm pet and a blind godstone and save up more credits for an ABG tome to put the blind godstone in.

    It basically freaks out if a player is near you. It makes sounds and it just freaks out.

    Examples would be the Golden Nyanco pet.

    So its very useful for detecting players.

    I don't believe they are intended too... it might but as far as I know best to assume that they don't.
