still jailed

Gm, please. This is my 2nd post about my character being in jailed. At least explain the reasons to my imprisonment. I miss killing elyos! please!

i have been online with the character for more than 5 hrs now.anythign else i need to do?

 

Abusing fly/bugs is 12h jail the first time you get caught.

 

I have no idea what fly bug was i using. All i remember was being in party with a SM and killing whoever was chasing us. No bug/s used at all. and to be completely clear, (eventhoug innocent), do i have to wait the whole 12 hrs witht he character being online?

I think that's completely unfair, when I was playing the game as well and I saw him and the Sm just killing the elyos over on the core. if anythign the elyos are the ones that are always abusing bugs, further more to jail someone without any reason is completely unfair. if he wouldn't had gotten online in forum to ask why he was jailed, he would have had no idea. You guys need to prove that he was "invisible flying" because I honestly did not see him gettin invisible at any point in time of the game, instead the elyos one minute they be there then they'd be accross the core, they were the ones dissappearing and running away.

btw did u guys ever considered that maybe he was laggin over on his computer, and there fore making him look like he was moving back and forth? there are a million one reasons and you guys are quick to jump one the conclusion that he was bug flying....Maybe he does not have a computer strong enough to support the game....

 

Invis bug, is not when a person is jumping around, it is when they are completly invisible when they dont have the power to be, such as a glad or a templar.

 

ok and don't you think that can just be an error. I'm telling u I partied and played with this person before, and I did not see him being invisible. there are a million and one posibilities of why he could be appearing invisible to others, not necessarily because he was a bug abuser. and fine if you want to jail him, I just don't see it fair how he needs to have or keep his game on for a week, people have jobs and school and a life outside of this game, who know might need his computer for other purposes, i don't think that's pretty fair.

really gm? first off, i never knew such "hack/bug" existed. Second, i think i would be smarter than to use it (not that i did) with a glad. Please show me where is the "proof" you have cuz i want to see it too to believe it. Im a fare player, and love for others to play the same. If in case case it appered that i was "invisible" it was most likely a bug or lag.

gm are u serious? do i have to stay logged on for one week straight? dont u think that people needs their pc for other things than the game? what if server resets? or updates?

GM, please make sure to check if the sm skill that put group in hide is buged or what. I have never used such hack or any other hack. The only way that could have happend was when i partied that sm. Can you check into that? that's the only possible explonation.

 

Yes that skill is bugged.And Tyman prisoned you for 1 week so talk with him.

 

i have sent him a pm/email. But i cant find a way to make him understand that the skill is prob bug and i couldnt see it on my end. If anyone else have experinced a similar bug, please aid me on getting my character unjail!

 

Jail for a week?

You might as well ban while you're at it, I highly doubt people are going to keep their character logged in for a full weeks worth of time just to get out of jail. Especially for something that could be a mistake, jailing for a week without even warning the person is completely ridiculous.

 

i completely agree. i had no knowledge of such bug. At least a warning would have made me relog or something. Or at least some hours in jail, eventhough im completely innocent, but a week? really gm? and i have seem so many other cheaters in game using candy while in mau form.

 

I agree do you guys not think that people have lifes outside of the game? And coming to that conclusion of jailing him for a week seems completely unfair as mentioned above it might of been a mistake or a lag or something. Who ever made the idea of keeping their characters logge in for the jail time that's completely unfair and inconsiderate. Ask yourselfs gm's would u want to have your characters jailed for a week and the only way to get out of it is being on game for a week 24hrs 7 days on? What of this person uses a laptop and needs his laptop for school or for work? That's just unreasonable and just unfair. Please reconsider I've partied with this person before and he has been one of the most legit fair game person I've ayes with.

 

Isn't there a first, second and third offense against bug abuse, that Tyman needs to go by?~

Just saying first time bug abuser should =/= 1 week in jail.

 

I take it the timer works like this:

When you log on the timer counts down and when you logoff it stops and then when you come back on it will continue counting down from the last time you had when you logged off last.

Is that correct?

If not then god, that would suck :S A week of keeping your computer on is not possible tbh. Not everyone is rich and has super computers
