Sorceror or Spiritmaster?

Sorc: DPS and "hard" control... very much not flexible though. if someone accidently hits something then they'll be free.

Spiritmaster: Control and debuffing.

 

I like how Diavol was quick to attack the SM's and provided no reasoning for picking an sorc.

I'd go with SM because you can fear lock targets, debuff, slow attack/movement speed and DPS the crap out of them while doing it. In group vs group you can fear entire groups, those extra seconds for your team to dps will win you the match. Not to mention you can turn Aions tank, the templar into nothing by using 3 skills to completely debuff him.

 

I'll always go to SM, since I am feel sooo confident when i am playing it . With my 2007 magical accuracy, i help my group alot when using fear shriek.

I tell u one easy way to beat Sorcerer... since silence is not working, u need to do this.
1. Use contract of resistance ( it will resist the first sorcerer skill (probably sleeping / curse root).
2. well when they're using sleeping/curse root , u need to use fear shriek/fear 1. (u also can use root to prevent sorcerer run away)
3. after that u need to debuff the sorcerer, since they probably have elemental defense.
4. it's free to use infernal pain 2, erosion, cyclone..
5. remember the time of fear itself is limited, so use another fear skill..
6. it's free to use another skill..

 

it depends on why u want them, 1vs1 sure sm will win with 90% success, but sm cant even imagine what sorc can do, anyway if u like duels go for sm, if u like rvr pvps, and groups and ect go for socr

personally i'd suggest using sorc :3

 

actually SM is not only for duelling, with your fear shriek u can help your group alot. But, it's true if u want to get more point kill and AP , u need to choose sorcerer, but if u want to be powerfull u have to choose SM..

 

sorc is not only ap machine, actually this is the most stupid thread i have ever seen, cuz sm and sorc are the classes which require the most patient and skills to play with lol

 

SMs indeed need a lot of patience...

 

SM is better if its a party raid..
Sorc is better in damage..

Every class is OP in it's way. This game is a rock, paper, scissors game. Class 1 > Class 2 > Class 3 > Class 1. And repeat.

Spiritmaster isn't something I'd suggset you roll if you enjoy seeing big numbers and just plowing everyone out of your way. Spiritmaster is more of a tactical class, and one that when used as such as infinately effective. Don't go spiritmaster if you don't have the patience.

 

Sorc will pwn ur ass if you know how to roll the skill's,and about the spiritmaster's?=))

 

The spiritmasters are the same way, know the skill lists and use them properly and you can destroy anyone pretty much.

 

Knowing the skills of the Thread started ... I'd suggest you creating an SM , maybe you'll be able to FearFearFearFear , MAYBE ~

SM is tactical play. However, you can be good in any class if you know how to play it well. I suggest just try both since they be using same gear unless u using anu. And all you have to do is change the mana stones. Sorc, have some tactical in it. goal is , survive enough to bombard your enemy. sleep,dmg , sleep , dmg, sleep , dmg , and dead.
SM takes little more, silience/ bind full set of dots or debuff, fear, full set of dots. Enegies are working sort of So you do have more dmg spells now.

It's your choice, both classes are good and require time to master

 

i have a sorc and like it but with bugger MR (fear cant be resisted, u r permanently feared from start till death) and crazy spirit substitution (30k hp in pvp any1?) sm have become rather overpowered

 

play Sorc if u want to play with skill.. SM is a no skill class..
