    i emailed them and they wanted this infos so i can unlock my account


    - the payment method used
    - the full name on the payment method used
    - the billing zip code of the payment method used
    - contact phone number

    but, you can rip off cc's with this infos thus those people who donated to my account wont tell me
    and people that will donate on my account via paypal cant =.=
    so any help? this is for the server

    It gives that message when you use a different credit card/paypal account sometimes. You need to provide them with some info, and if you can't then they'll never unlock it. =/
