i dont know where the NPC located i buy 10000 Aether for 30B.... then i craft it to scrolls and give it to my Legionmates.... in our legion no buying of scrolls.. scrolls are free.... Ill spent my kinah coz i know kinah will be wipe....

By the way... can you give an SS where the NPC located so that i can buy mats.. or NPC name only... thanks or PM me on forums
