GM Please help!! my masta set is suddenly missing!!T.T

GM Please help!! My masta set (except the greaves) which is remodeled by ice black set and color blue is suddenly missing!! T.T


What happened was, I was just about to fuse my masta and abg spear when all of a sudden the client closed by itself saying "not responding"



Then when I went back again, on the character selection
I was still wearing my masta set which is remodeled by
blue but the boots wasn't there so I start to wonder...




then when I went on, my masta parts are missing! except the greaves. Pleaase what should I do T.T please please GM help me. You can also check my account if you want, what my char wears at the char selection and ingame is totally different T.T




I exit the game and logged back in alooot of times. Idkw what to do now, please GM help! I also checked my other chars and warehouse thinking maybe it just rolled back but it isn't there T.T This just happened now. Pleaase help

[Further Details]

Whenever I go to char selection it's still wearing the masta remodeld to ice black but
the boots isn't there and there's only 1 sword that can be seen but when I log in what i'm wearing is entirely different (the armor / costume which I wore just before I turned lvl 55] and I have 2 swords equipped but there's only 1 sword shown in the char selection...

The things that are missing are...

- +3 Enraged Masta Breastplate full +17 crit stones
- +5 Enraged Masta Gauntlets full +17 crit / +5 atk stones
- +10 Enraged Masta Plate Pauldrons full +17 crit /+5 atk stones
- +5 Enraged Masta Plate Boots full +17 crit / +5 atk stones
[All 5 slots]

(I'm not very sure with the placing of the stones, it's quite mixed up)

All of which are remodeled to Ice black set and dyed to Turqouise

These are the things that are currently missing because of what happened (sudden client exit when I was about to fuse)

Please sir I really need help :'(

I'm very sorry for the bother it's just I don't know what to do anymore... and what more can you do if the things that you worked hard for suddenly went missing in a blink of an eye... I hope you understand sir / ma'am...

 

Uhmmn! I wish i could help u recover those things, even a normal aion master cant check ur account! Only a SGM or HGM can handle this! Be patient! And lets wait for there actions, or they are still nvstgtng on what happen!!

Further proof of me having my masta set and me wearing the costume before I turned 55 awhile ago

(Note: I remodeled my 2 taha swords to a green glowing sword (I forgot the name, it was remodeled before the incident) that's why there's a change in appearance if my account is checked in game now ^^)
