Ask any of the AM's. They don't have the ability to ban, I would know.
The only way they can ban anyone is infraction bombing. I believe its 5 or so and insta ban.

 

If you get permission to from a superior, then you can infraction bomb someone away for even posts that are irrelevant just to get them forum banned.

 

Bella's entire approach trying to calm the entire issue is wrong, closing/deleting everything is like pouring oil onto a fire.

Players will always have something to rant about and thus bashful threads will always come, no matter how perfect the server may be.

Threads should not be closed/deleted in such a way. This isn't a communist forum, right?

The staff should just ignore it all, like a professional, and prove them wrong by taking good actions.

Their current idiotic approach of closing/deleting it all is obviously not working.

 

Pretty sure Aegis would've noticed the inbox full of infractions once he was unbanned.

regarding Aegis, back then Sanctus was pretty tight with Kari so it wouldn't have been hard to just drop the suggestion to ban, as I remember Sanctus even mentioning to me that he was a reason it happened... -sifts through msn history-

Closing/deleting = give them more reason to hate and rant

Ignoring or facing the problem and listening, explaining yourself but never taking unnecessary action = gain respect, prove that you can handle your job professionally without taking drastic measures.

Many of you are so blinded by Alente that you turn all your hatred towards Karissa. You all believe that Karissa does nothing for the server when you don't have a clear understanding of what she does for Gamez. Her job isn't to provide updates or to fix bugs. Just because Alente's role involves more "in-game" interaction, you people tend to skew your bias towards Alente instead and believe Alente's side of the story.

Although I don't fully understand the situation between Karissa and Alente, I believe that Karissa actually strive to befriend Alente but Alente did not give her the slightest chance to do so. Alente started spewing random hatred towards her and convinced you people to believe that she was the "antagonist" of everything. Thus she became the scapegoat of all the problems arose in Gamez. This is of course from the basis of Karissa's side of the story. Furthermore she had no reason to hate Alente, and subsequently no reason to lie in her testimony (she's already Carl's gf, why would she care about Alente's position?).

Of course this is just my view towards the situation as there could be many possibilities, BUT, you people have to stop being so bias. Open your eyes and start interpreting from both sides of the story rather than just one (Alente's).

Although I can't really blame you people. From what I can see, 90% of the people in the forums seem mentally challenged and lack the ability to critically think.

I only chose to take Karissa's side after seeing Alente's irresponsible and immature actions towards the situation. He's more of a drama-queen and tends to QQ a lot more. Karissa on the other hand is much more mature.

Side Note: I love you Aegis (not literally), I have gained much respect towards you. Where are you from in Canada? Just wondering.
