    I dont think so.. when i am on Elyo hunt in heiron its imposible to dont meet at least 10 bug abusers. there is very much Flyers a little to much. same with diety transformation. yesterday near ely DP was 4 flyers in same time and they had fun because we cant kill em. So.. there is similar number of bugers/cheaters on Ely/asmo side.
    second thing is there is no enough GMs to ban all bugers but in this server activity of gms is realy exciting ^^ if u have problems with bugers just report them on forum and they will be jailed/baned
