I'd also like to mention shows of dedication are spending more than half your day on said thing attempting to work out the kinks, like when you try to learn an instrument, you spend hours upon hours just messing around with it until you start to figure it out more and more. Once you have it figured out, it comes easy, in which it's not so much dedication anymore as it is talent. So I think, time frame does apply itself in a sense.

Of course, it could also be applied to silly things like brushing your teeth everyday, which I wouldn't consider a talent lol..

 

He's not starting drama... He more likely reinstated a prior post he made and highlight key points..
