spawnkilling can be avoid with Good GMs acting and Players reporting...no need to destroy a map that the point is pvp (ing and gelk)

Btw putting that guards there it's a way to rpove that they can't handle abusers,... and that look like prety bad for a Serious server.

I don't know who added them.Some one called me there because he was reporting spawn killing but he didn't know what that was so false report.Anyway i didn't saw those guards before.Maybe some one spawned them after today's restart.

 

nooo man. they are there since a little before Alente left!!!

But lately elyos just figured out they can camp behind them an wait some templar to pull us and them get like +- 500 Ap since 80% of damage is done by the guards!

 

Well nothing weird there.Just find another place to PvP instead of camping an obelisk.

 

The issue is the elyos are going to go through psychological conditioning which makes them immediately prone to go to the guards and camp them if they see an asmodian coming up.

This is problematic, and was something that pissed off a large proportion of people on retail (which many of us quit for just that reason).

There shouldn't be guards everywhere in order to protect those who honestly should be playing crystal aion if they wanted frigging carebear...

HOW CAN YOU EVEN PVE ON A PRIVATE SERVER?

No... in my opinion we need more moderators and less guards, none infact. Those who abuse the spawn protection shall be punished.

But spawn camping itself isn't against the rules.

 

Btw is is considerer spawn killing to kill the ones geting in the fly transportation? i mean... they are not respawning and they can see us and use skills...

 

We are discussing about it but for now it isn't.And yes Aegis in a PvP server no one wants that guards.I'll talk with the other Staff members about it and suggest it to Carl and the Devs.
