this sucks, im being ignored

ive sent private messages to GMs and asked how much longer my ban is, ive posted a thread and no answer... just ignoring me, and what hurts most is dat i dont even think i deserve to be banned, i used spirit sub all in good faith not knowing it is bugged and got banned for it and now not even a simple answer on how much longer my ban is... its been 24 hours and i still cant log in... this is my very first ban, ive played a lot of online games and havent been banned in any of em, i play clean and fair

You're most likely banned for 1 day or jailed for 6 hours. If you're jailed you'll have to be ingame for 6 hours in total for it to count.

 

im banned, when i log in it says ' cant access game through thi ip (22)" how much longer pls... its been 24 hrs

WTH...2nd time??? it wasnt even bug abuse i didnt even know spirit sub was bugged, i started using it agian about 2 days ago when a friend told me it was fixed, we dueled to check it and it seemed to work ok, so i used it the the whole day yesterday during war oblivious of any bug in it, if you pls try to lok at the video again youll see that i was trying to run away coz i thought i was gnna die after my spirit died, i couldnt run away coz i think ther wer like 3 rangers stunning me, if i knew i was impervious to dmge after my spirit died i would have fought back and tanked them, i mean cmon is it my fault the bug activated??? i didnt even know it existed in the frst place, i mean how was i supposed to know it was bugged??? i know you relied on video in making your decision and i dont blame you for it but please also consider the fact that it wasnt intentional, the bug just happened i ddnt know about thats all... i dont even know how to deal wd it when it happens... i mean its not like it has an off switch or smthing...

second time: 2 days ban
third time: permanent ban

This rules applies only to Flight Abuser and Flight Abusers with Deity Transformation other bug not permanent ban.

 

thanks ashtar, it was all i really wanted to know... all though i still dont think i deserve to be banned let alone 2 offenses in one day... bug just happened and i dont know anything about it, wasnt intentional on my part, i just want a little consideration for that...

ok thanks for the info, i wont use spirit sub again, but pls do fix it or others will have same fate as me, since u already made ur decision and i cant change ur minds, im just asking for it to be fixed so we SMs can use it again and no innocent players will be banned for no reason

 

Just wanna point out that it's obviously bugged if you take no dmg when your spirit is dead... <.< Not sure how you coulda missed it lol.
