Well hey^^
What I would recommend is to use a better quality image so that the final result will look better.

Also, if you use Photoshop CS4 like I do, you should see this highlighted box right here when you type something in an image:

Seems you have the "None" Option selected so the text looks kinda rough. Select the "Sharp" Option and your text will look smooth.

Other than that, your sig looks nice, good job:}
