Not for me, XP users is getting a lot of serious problems about Items.pak files.

 

i have north america client what i must download us or eu? and windows xp and where i must extract?? to data-usa-items-npc or data items-npc??

 

everybody has the launcher set to north america, if ur version is really a US one (if ur aion doesnt say Europe after it) then download the US version.

u dont have to worry bout where to extract, the point of the installer is that it does it for u just locate ur gamez aion folder and let it do the rest (as the guide says)

since XP SP3 people had serious issues with this items.pak i suggest u try the new one released today

EDIT: i havent tested the new items.pak and i dont know if it works for both US/EU and all operating systems. if you try the 2.1 items.pak and experience problems please leave a reply here saying ur version of aion and operating system. thanks

r u also running service pack 3? i dont know of anybody with XP SP3 who could run the 2.0 items pak and even though they make it seem like 2.1 works for everybody, i doubt it does. at the very least i think they will have to distinguish between xp/vista and win7 again

btw, could u be more specific about what "problems" ur having? cant run the game? or just still untradable

 

Yes i have pack 3. I used to used 2.0 Asanka for xp and it works fine but this time i cant do nothing. I cant event put anuhart in my inventory >.<

 

the good news is that the 2.0 items pak works with 2.1 as well (tested with another guy today, he traded masta and anu without problems) so if that 1 worked for u, just get it again the only problem u might have is with new 2.1 items (just a guess) like stormwings, but ull figure that out eventually if u do, post it here

btw dont think anything should prevent u from putting an item INTO ur inventory, sounds strange

i have win 7 64bit with US client, just installed the 2.1 pak yesterday but havent tried running the game yet although the 2.0 was tested and works with 2.1 so far

u have to tell me what aion version u have, read my first post on how to check, then either download the EU win7 or US win 7 version depending on what u have

the 2.1 pak works for me, says unstorable in LEGION warehouse but thats bout it. tried trading abyss stuff and works, dont have any anu with me, abg says temporary trade but doesnt work (im not VIP) so yeah seems fine so far.

either way if 2.1 bugs for u, get the 2.0 pak, it still works

 

When will Tahabata Shield be tradeable ?

at least the DP portal to taha has been fixed, go kill him and u can have ur shield

 

Personally , I can trade Tahabata Shield with Asanka's item.pak ( can be found in my sig as well )

 

i havent tried with the old or the new i know people come here telling me that her 2.1 doesnt work for them xD so yeah better some items.pak than none

i use hers now, people complain bout warehouse not working with it, havent tried but for trading so far, both items.paks work, just havent tried that shield

right now im looking forward to a server that doesnt crash every single day rather than trading lol
