    Parkour - Getting from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible using anything and everything in your way to get there.

    Freerunning - Mixes concept of parkour with tricking, not point a to point b but moving and tricking off of stuff.

    I do parkour when I get the chance. I can't do the crazy flips and stuff but I'm still pretty good at it.

    Doing Parkour isn't about flipping, that just adds on to style. Parkour is being creative and finding your own path.
    Nice too know that top mod practices. :)

    I started when I was 17 and working in a movie theater lol. We would always try and find ways to jump over the concessions stands, and run through the arcade in the lobby when no customers were around, along with doing crazy stuff in the theaters themselves. Those were some good times.

    me,i do PK and freerunning but i do freerunning more than parkour but sadly no gym :S i train in beach

    i train with friend alone for sadly too but im not that bad :p
