when I open the Launcher gamezaion server status "offline"




when i check crystal aion status server is On line..


that I ask is:
1. why can not I login to the server even open the site could not?
2. banned ip's like, am I in bannd IP? if my ip banned, what my mistakes, please explain?
3. how the solution so I can connect to the server gamezaion?

There's only 2 questions are very very simple, and 2 suggestions for all staff (AM, GM, Moderators, administrators, webmasters, develover, etc.!) in this forum

My question:
1. MY IP BANNED OR NOT?
2. If On the banned IP, explain WHAT MY FAULT? and if I am convicted of fraud in gamezaion. "I'M OUT"

My suggestions:
1. create a sub forum specifically to inform anyone who is in BANNED (banned char, ID banned, or even IP banned)
2. within the sub-forum contains char names, ID's, and IP, who is getting banned and complete with explanation why they were banned!

I do not know why you are having this problem to be honest. Try using other web broswers.

Also both Gamez and Crystal launchers always say "Offline" for me but I can still get in game. If your account was banned it would say "You cannot access the game from this IP." when you try to login.

 

If you would be banned, you still would see if the server is online - you just would not be able to connect.

You should try to clean your cache and repair regedit faults using CCleaner (google and download it).

If this will not help, I will think of another way...

your answer just like the others, it means the problem is not from the server gameaion. I think my IP Banned. but thankfully that was not banned! maybe from my IP problems.

many different ways I have tried, like what you say, the result is no change. just now, was able to connect. but after 15 minutes of the status of ping to gamezaion back RTO again!!

thanks already check my ip, yeah indeed you're right, my ip was perfectly normal .. but I really do not understand why only the www.gamezaion.com that its RTO status. Well I do not understand your language but I can guess you thought about beeing banned. If so, your game would tell you "You can not connect with this IP".
I am just wondering why people from your region always have those problems... so maybe Carl accidently blocked Indonesian people - or the launcher does. But the .rar I gave you should have fixed that.

So I can not think about anything that might help.

oddly enough it only gamez aion

crystalaion no problem. i check the ping conection to the U.S..

gamezaion just can not connect. I used to play gamezaion no problem. since the latest update 2.1 many problems. I do not know why.
why carl close the connection from Indonesia
