    If you've used Social Gold to donate, you should contact their customer support as well since the problem doesn't always lie with Gamez. In cases of time out errors and whatever not.

    If you have been charged tho through using the Social Gold service but haven't seen your credits... Don't worry it's just a temporary charge most of the time and will be reverted in a couple of workdays.

    The no support thing isn't really leaning me toward donating again. No answer on PM, on forum thread, no in game message anything to say "hey we will look into it". I think if this issue keeps up it will be my last donation to this server. that or i may just dispute transaction and enjoy my ban.
