IF the Pizza Circle

WHY the shape of box is square :andy:

Because you cannot make circle shape box out of paper.. at least it's not so easy and practical...

When I used to work in a Pizza shop as waiter, we used to 'construct' the boxes of pizza for the delivery bois in our free time. So when you got to fix a square box then it's piece of cake to unite the corners like a puzzle.

So, I guess if the box would be crcle, then it prolly should be made of plastic, not paper

 

If the box is square,
why is the pizza a circle?

Duh... Simply,

- box is made of paper > it's more easy to make one of square shape than circle > practical reason in mass production

- pizza is made of pastry > it's easier to make one of circle shape and bake it > sqayre shape pizza takes more time to be made > practical reason in mass production

square boxes r also easier to store they fit next to each other and u dont risk a pile of them falling xD also if u made a round box, how would u take a round pizza out of it? xD would be kinda hard ;p square box means it doesnt move freely on the inside but u can still take it out easily

It's just a matter of space.With circle forms you lose a lot of space but square forms complete each others and don't lose any space.
