what makes our character stuck????

    my chars was free from stuck after server reboot but WTF.. after loging in and press return. suddely everything on screen was frozen.
    and my another stucked char was free and after playing about 1 hour i got DC ed then i try loging my char everything frozen too..

    what causes that?? T_T
